Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
